Enter the maximum stats of the monsters in each area... you can get them from FallenswordGuide.com or FSG [alt link if the first one is down]
You can find the stats you need to achieve this using Rubicksman's Best tool... I find it to work like a charm :) Link RubicksMan's Best Item tool!
NOTE: You only need to have either the required defense OR armor, and then both the attack and damage. :)
